Shipping policy

We ship daily, so your orders will get to you FAST!! 

Shipping is a flat $5.75 charge on all orders.  Orders over $49.99 (before tax) ship FREE. 

Orders will ship when ALL items are available.  If one or more of your items are marked as "Pre-Order" or show a future availability date in the product listing, your order will be held until all items are available. Please note that availability dates are estimates and may vary by a few days.  For more information, please see our Pre-Order Policy.

Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer.  Please ensure all shipping information is correct.  We are not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information.  Please create an account and ensure your contact information and shipping address are current and correct. 

We ship by USPS and tracking information is available on request. We are not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, lost or undelivered by USPS.  We package our items safely and securely, but once it enters the postal system, it is out of our hands (literally).  Insurance is available upon request by customer.  Request must be received within 3 hours of placement of the order.  

All items ship (unless otherwise noted) via USPS Ground Advantage.  

We do our best to ship same day or next day, but sometimes we are not able to do that due to high volume or other circumstances, so please allow at least 10 days for your package to arrive.

Free Shipping   Orders may not be combined to reach the threshold for free shipping.  The method of shipping offered at no cost under these terms is "Standard Shipping" i.e. First Class Mail or Parcel Post/Parcel Select.  In the event that a customer would like priority shipping, they would be responsible for the whole shipping amount.
